1. Delivery Locations

We currently offer delivery across India for the following:

  • Sales Jewels
  • Rental Jewels
  • Bangles, Earrings, Hair Accessories, Saree Pins, etc.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery Time: 8 to 14 business days
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation
  • Rental Jewels: Dispatched 1–2 days before your event date (based on booking)
  • Urgent Delivery: Available on request with additional charges (subject to availability)

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or remote locations.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery: On orders above ₹2,000 (applicable to Sales Jewels only)
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated based on your delivery pin code and order total
  • Rental Jewels: Delivery and return pickup charges will be shared at the time of booking

4. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Once your order is placed:

  • A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email
  • Our team will carefully pack and dispatch your order
  • Tracking details will be shared (if applicable)
  • For rental items, we will coordinate with you for return pickup after your event

5. Studio Pickup Option

Prefer to collect your order in person? Visit our studio:

6. Damaged or Delayed Orders

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours with supporting photos
  • For delays beyond 14 working days, reach out to us immediately for resolution
