1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products
  • Incorrect Items Received
  • Applicable only for Sales Jewels and Product Purchases
    (Not applicable for services, rental items, or used accessories)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • It must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice

2. Return Request Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery
  • Requests beyond 2 days will not be accepted
  • Photo/video proof of damage or incorrect product must be submitted at the time of the request

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Rental Jewels
  • Used Bangles or Accessories
  • Custom or Personalized Orders
  • Hair Accessories (if used)
  • Sale or Clearance Items

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days via:
    • Original payment method
    • Bank transfer
    • UPI (if applicable)

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement
  • No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been dispatched or packed
  • Custom orders or reserved rental items cannot be cancelled once confirmed

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • In such cases, return pickup may be arranged by our team (subject to location and availability)
